“Dear Vince, I would like to take this opportunity to say that I had a delivery a day early by the company I ordered some very expensive projector equipment from as they gave me a Thusday delivery date. Your delivery person called Mark Harbour kindly called my mobile as no one was at my home of delivery. He then kindly waited for 5 minutes until my wife could finally get home, all the time he was pleasant, curteous and more than helpful and understanding on the phone. It would be very nice if you could pass on my sincere thanks for all he did today and wish there were more people like him. The service on deliveries is brilliant and even on ones not delivered due to a customer not being in, you go the extra mile and redeliver at no extra charge, a very welcome service.
