Reschedule delivery with APC Called

Have you received a ‘sorry we missed you’ card or an email notification?

Simply reschedule delivery on a day that suits you, or request collection from your local APC depot using the APC Called tool.  Click the button below:

Please have the consignment number and your postcode ready.  We are unable to give a specific time for redelivery, but it will be between 8am and 5pm on the weekday of your choice.  Consignments are usually held for 3 additional days from the first delivery attempt before being returned to the sender.  We do not charge for redelivery.

Can my parcel be delivered to a different address?

Please note that we can only redeliver to the original address, items may only be redirected with permission from the sender. For security and contractual reasons we cannot accept redirection instructions from a recipient until the sender has authorised us to do this. If you are expecting to receive an item and want it to be delivered to a different address, please contact the sender who can in turn give us the authority to do this.

Can I collect my Parcel?

If you have received a ‘We Called’ card and you wish to collect the item, please use the APC Called Tool to arrange to collect your parcel, you can find our  address and opening hours here. You will need to bring the card and one additional form of identification (such as a driving licence or household bill) bearing the address that the item was sent to.

In line with government recommendations, we require a facemask to be worn at all times while on our property.
