We have teamed up with GoCardless Ltd, one of Europe’s leading integrated Payment platforms to offer you the option to pay by Direct Debit. Setup is simple, we will send a mandate request to your nominated email address which will contain a link for you to authorise the Direct Debit Instruction and complete your payment details online. Once the instruction is setup we will request payment to be taken 14 days from the date of invoice including any outstanding invoices on your account. You will receive a notification at least 3 days before each payment is collected. All payments processed by GoCardless are fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee (see below).
Direct debit is now the standard method of payment to pay for most regular bills and services. In addition to streamlining our payment collection process, which helps us keep our costs down, it simplifies your administration and ensures all payments are made in a timely fashion.
To start using our Direct Debit payment service please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org nominating the email address for the Direct Debit we will then send you a mandate request.
