Unacceptable Items
We are unable to accept items showing bare metal and all goods MUST be boxed or suitably packaged for transport and be within our maximum item weight for the chosen service. Items that contain or smell of Petrol, Diesel, Oil or other flamable materials will be refused until they have been thoroughly drained and steam cleaned.
- Mattresses of any size in plastic covers.
- Bikes (unless fully boxed) - cardboard shrouds are not acceptable.
- Car and vehicle parts, new or second hand that are not boxed- bonnets, bumpers, doors,exhausts, panels, windscreens, gearboxes or any other mechanical part containing oil or invasive liquid.
- Furniture - unless in flat pack form that does not exceed size and weight restrictions.
- Worktops or boards requiring a two person lift either by weight or dimesions.
- Flowers, plants, trees and other similar products that are not completely boxed.
- Large lengths and rolls of bubble wrap or insulation products.
