Size and Weight Restrictions
The maximum size and weight limits for sending items within the UK, Eire and Channel Islands by APC Overnight are as follows:
Mainland UK
Including Isle of Wight
Max item weight: 50kg
Max item length: 3 metres (with any other dimension not exceeding 30cm)
Offshore Islands (Air Freight)
Channel Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man
Max item weight: 30Kg
Max item length: 2.5 metres
Offshore Islands (Road / Ferry)
Northern & southern Ireland and Scottish Islands
Maximum item weight: 30Kg
Maximum item length: 2.5 metres

There is no maximum multiple-item consignment weight limit for any of our UK services.
items between 1.6M and 2.5M in length are subject to a manual handling fee. Items over 2.5M in length and/or 30Kg must travel on XS service due to health & safety lifting regulations.
