Dear Vince,
I would like to take this opportunity to say that I had a delivery a day early by the company I ordered some very expensive projector equipment from as they gave me a Thusday delivery date.
Your delivery person called Mark Harbour kindly called my mobile as no one was at my home of delivery. He then kindly waited for 5 minutes until my wife could finally get home, all the time he was pleasant, curteous and more than helpful and understanding on the phone.
It would be very nice if you could pass on my sincere thanks for all he did today and wish there were more people like him. I also spoke to a very nice receptionist called Hilary who gave me your email address.
I will almost certainly use Swift in any future deliveries and collection of parcels and will recommend you to other companies I use.
